We supply flat, warp-controlled sheets with consistent flute geometry and GSM — whether you convert them, use them as layer pads, or protect surfaces in shipment.
These formats are converted on precision die-cutting and creasing tooling maintained to tight tolerances — the difference between an insert that grips and one that rattles is fractions of a millimetre. Tooling is developed from your sample or drawing, prototyped, drop-tested where relevant, and only then released to production.

Indian corrugated boxes are governed by IS 2771:2022, which ties board type to the maximum mass of contents and prescribes minimum bursting strength and — new in the 2022 revision — a minimum Edge Crush Test value. The rows relevant to corrugated sheets:

Stacking strength is engineering, not guesswork. Box Compression Test (BCT) capacity can be estimated with the McKee formula — BCT ≈ 5.87 × ECT × √(board caliper × box perimeter) — and then verified on the actual box. We apply safety factors of 2× for short-cycle distribution up to 4× for long-hold warehousing (per ASTM D642 practice), because long-term usable strength under load creep is only 50–60% of the peak laboratory value.
Every tonne of recycled-fibre corrugated board avoids roughly 180 kg of CO₂ versus virgin production (DEFRA life-cycle factors), and industry equivalences credit each tonne of recycled paper with saving about 17 trees, ~26,500 litres of water and ~4,000 kWh of energy (US EPA). Corrugated is also India’s practical answer to the single-use-plastic phase-out: recyclable, repulpable and biodegradable in weeks rather than centuries.
