Slotted partitions turn one box into ordered cells. We size cell counts and heights to your unit dimensions so nothing rattles, rubs or arrives chipped.
These formats are converted on precision die-cutting and creasing tooling maintained to tight tolerances — the difference between an insert that grips and one that rattles is fractions of a millimetre. Tooling is developed from your sample or drawing, prototyped, drop-tested where relevant, and only then released to production.

Indian corrugated boxes are governed by IS 2771:2022, which ties board type to the maximum mass of contents and prescribes minimum bursting strength and — new in the 2022 revision — a minimum Edge Crush Test value. The rows relevant to corrugated dividers:

Reference values from IS 2771 (Part 1): 2022, Bureau of Indian Standards — the governing Indian specification for corrugated fibreboard boxes. We engineer to or beyond these minimums for your load.
Stacking strength is engineering, not guesswork. Box Compression Test (BCT) capacity can be estimated with the McKee formula — BCT ≈ 5.87 × ECT × √(board caliper × box perimeter) — and then verified on the actual box. We apply safety factors of 2× for short-cycle distribution up to 4× for long-hold warehousing (per ASTM D642 practice), because long-term usable strength under load creep is only 50–60% of the peak laboratory value.
Every tonne of recycled-fibre corrugated board avoids roughly 180 kg of CO₂ versus virgin production (DEFRA life-cycle factors), and industry equivalences credit each tonne of recycled paper with saving about 17 trees, ~26,500 litres of water and ~4,000 kWh of energy (US EPA). Corrugated is also India’s practical answer to the single-use-plastic phase-out: recyclable, repulpable and biodegradable in weeks rather than centuries.
Commercially, corrugated boxes fall under HSN 4819, and GST on corrugated boxes was reduced from 12% to 5% with effect from 22 September 2025 — worth re-checking on old supplier quotations.
